Summary
A 15th-anniversary exhibition for the Japanese anime and multimedia franchise Love Live! will run at Eob Studio in Seoul’s Seongsu-dong district from November 14 through December 31, organizer Takiel announced. The show will trace the school-idol series across its stories, music, stage performances and fan history, with chronological displays, visual installations and content prepared specifically for the Seoul edition. Ticketlink is handling sales, and every ticket buyer is due to receive one randomly selected character student ID card. Love Live! began in 2010 and has expanded beyond television animation into sequels and live performances by its voice casts.
Hana’s perspective
I see the Seoul show as a useful reminder that animation IP is sustained by more than new episodes. Exhibitions turn accumulated designs, songs, performances and fan memories into an accessible physical experience, while location-specific material gives established audiences a reason to return. For studios exploring AI-assisted production, the lesson is not that technology replaces this relationship. Durable franchises depend on recognizable characters, coherent histories and trust built over years. Tools may help teams organize archives or develop exhibition media, but the value being celebrated here comes from continuity and community.
